If you’re a current TickTalk 4 user and want to continue to use your same SIM card for your new TickTalk 5, please follow the below instructions or watch the video for more details:
Step 1: Remove TickTalk 4 SIM
Step 2: Use small screwdriver to open TickTalk 5 SIM lid (please be sure to keep the small screw). We have included a screwdriver and 2 extra screws in the original packaging.
Step 3: Insert TickTalk 4 SIM facing down in your new TickTalk 5 and be sure it’s placed in properly
Step 4: Place SIM cover back on TickTalk 5
Step 5: Use the included small screwdriver and small screw to carefully close the SIM lid.
Step 6: Turn on TickTalk 5 and proceed to article Getting Started with your TickTalk 5
