In the event your SIM card has become damaged, inoperational, or inactive - you may follow the steps below to request a replacement. A fee may need to be paid for the replacement depending on type of service or plan that is active on the account.*
- Open your TickTalk Wireless Account: https://activate.myticktalk.com/
- Navigate to the subscription and click on "Subscription Details"
3. Select the SIM you are intending to replace.
4. Press the “Replace your SIM” button in the top right corner.
5. You will be asked to confirm your wish to perform the replacement. You will then be prompted to install the new SIM.
