TickTalk 5 includes an internal heat sensor for safety. If the device becomes too hot—typically due to prolonged usage, charging in high temperatures, or weak signal areas—it will automatically enter protection mode and temporarily disable functions like calling, location, and video streaming.
-
Remove the watch from the wrist and let it cool down in a shaded, ventilated place.
-
Avoid using or charging the watch under direct sunlight, in vehicles, or near heat sources.
-
Once the temperature normalizes, features will automatically resume.
