Go to Watch Settings > Date and Time, and set it to Automatic. Manual date settings may cause reminder time mismatches.

In the TickTalk App > Reminders, check if the reminder was saved with a valid time, date, and repeat frequency.

Reminder notifications will not appear if the watch is powered off, in DND mode, or out of battery.
