If your TickTalk 4 is properly connected to cellular data, there will be at least one bar and the oval connection icon illuminated in white along the upper middle section of the watch face. GSM network customers will see either 2G, 3G, or 4G along the top as well. The area you live in will determine the strength of the cellular data.
- If you have your TickTalk 4 connected to your local Wi-Fi network with a connected SIM card, there will be at least one bar, the Wi-Fi icon, and the oval connection icon illuminated in white along the upper middle section of the watch face.
- If your SIM card is not working or you are not using one but are connected to Wi-Fi, there will not be any bars but you should see the Wi-Fi icon and the oval icon must be illuminated in white.
