Yes.
TickTalk 5 includes a Block Unknown Numbers feature that automatically blocks calls and messages from people who are not on your approved contact list.
When enabled, only contacts approved by a parent can communicate with the watch.
How to Enable Block Unknown Numbers
- Open the TickTalk Parent App.
- Go to Parent Portal.
- Turn on Block Unknown Numbers.
We recommend enabling this feature after adding your child's approved contacts.
What Happens When It's Enabled?
When Block Unknown Numbers is turned on:
- Unknown callers are blocked.
- Unknown text messages are blocked.
- Spam calls are blocked.
- Only approved contacts can communicate with the watch.
This helps prevent unwanted communication and gives parents greater control over who can reach their child.
