How Do I Activate & Set Up a TickTalk Wireless Plan

To use TickTalk Wireless service, you must activate the SIM card that came with your TickTalk watch and select a wireless plan.

Please note that your TickTalk Wireless account is separate from your TickTalk Parent App account. The TickTalk Wireless account is used for plan activation, billing, subscription management, and obtaining your TickTalk phone number.

Create a TickTalk Wireless Account

To activate service:

  1. Visit activate.myticktalk.com.
  2. Select Register.
  3. Enter your name and email address.
  4. Verify your email using the verification code sent to your inbox.
  5. Log in to your TickTalk Wireless account.

  6. A verification code will be sent to your email to continue. Please check your junk box if you did not receive the verification email, then enter the code.

  7. Connect SIM card by entering the ICCID Number on the SIM kit.

    TickTalk 5:

    For U.S. TickTalk 5 users who chose an AT&T or T-Mobile SIM during purchase, your SIM card is already pre-installed in the watch. The ICCID number is printed on a label located on both the brown shipping box and the bottom of the colored watch sleeve.

    In some cases, you may also find an empty SIM kit inside the watch packaging. This is normal, as the SIM chip has already been installed in the watch for your convenience. The SIM kit will also display the ICCID number, which you can either enter manually or scan from the bottom barcode.

    If you no longer have the packaging, you can still find the ICCID number on the watch by going to the gray gear icon (Settings) > About Me. If the ICCID field shows “Unknown,” this may mean that a SIM card is not installed or the watch is not connected to Wi-Fi. Please go to Settings > Wi-Fi, connect to a network, and check again. If it still shows “Unknown,” please reach out to TickTalk Support for further assistance.


    TickTalk 4:
    First, you'll need to enter your SIM card ICCID number for your TickTalk 4. This can be found on the back of the SIM card included in your TickTalk 4 box. You have the option to enter this number manually or scan the barcode on your SIM card. If scanning an AT&T SIM card, the ICCID number is the bottom barcode.

  8. Next, you’ll be asked to select your plan, you can choose the monthly subscription plan that best fits your needs, starting at just $9.99 plus tax. Enjoy safe and secure nationwide 4G network coverage, no contracts, and no activation or cancellation fees. You can log in to your TickTalk Wireless account at any time to cancel your subscription. (*Does not include mandatory regulatory taxes or fees*)
     
  9. After selecting your plan, enter your credit card information, billing address, and confirm your plan details. Please do not exit the page until you see Purchase Successful.
     
  10. You’ll receive an email with your TickTalk phone number once your plan has been finalized. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for your phone number to populate, but it will typically happen within a few minutes. During this time, you may see Pending over your plan details. This will go away as soon as your phone number populates. 
     
  11. Once you receive your phone number, you’ll be able to view your Plan Details here, including your TickTalk phone number and next renewal date. You can select Plan Details to view your SIM ICCID number, plan details, and cancel your subscription.
