How Do I Adjust Call and Notification Volume?
If calls, notifications, or FaceTalk audio are too quiet, try the steps below.
For Android Devices
Adjust Notification Volume
- Open Settings.
- Select Sound & Vibration (may vary by device).
- Adjust the Notification Volume slider.
Adjust Call Volume
During an active call:
- Press the volume up button on the side of your phone.
- Continue adjusting until the desired volume level is reached.
For iPhone Devices
Adjust Notification Volume
- Open Settings.
- Select Sounds & Haptics.
- Adjust the Ringtone & Alerts volume slider.
Adjust Call Volume
During an active call:
- Press the volume buttons on the side of your iPhone.
- Adjust the volume to your preferred level.
Additional Troubleshooting
If audio is still too low:
- Make sure your phone is not in Silent Mode.
- Check that Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode is not enabled.
- Disconnect any Bluetooth headphones or speakers that may be connected.
- Restart your phone and try again.
- Make sure the TickTalk App is updated to the latest version.
