Using T-Cloud to Backup Your Data and Settings

T-Cloud is TickTalk's cloud backup service that helps protect your watch data and makes it easier to transfer information to a replacement watch.

All TickTalk 5 users receive 1 GB of free T-Cloud storage.

What Can T-Cloud Back Up?

T-Cloud can back up supported watch data, including:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Messages
  • eGreeting Cards
  • Contacts
  • Reminders
  • Watch Settings
  • Child Profile Information

How to Create a Backup

To create a backup:

  1. Open the TickTalk App.
  2. Go to Parent Portal > T-Cloud.
  3. Select Backup.
  4. Wait for the backup to complete.

For best results:

  • Keep the watch connected to power.
  • Make sure the watch remains online during the backup process.

How to Restore a Backup

To restore previously backed up data:

  1. Open the TickTalk App.
  2. Go to Parent Portal > T-Cloud.
  3. Select Sync From Last Backup.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Only data included in the most recent backup can be restored.

When Should I Use T-Cloud?

T-Cloud is especially helpful when:

  • Replacing a watch
  • Upgrading to a new watch
  • Recovering from a damaged watch
  • Resetting a watch
