What Is Remote Answer?
Remote Answer is a safety feature that allows a Full Access user to have the TickTalk watch automatically call them back.
When activated, the watch will place a call to the listener within approximately one minute, allowing the listener to hear the watch's surroundings. The listener's microphone remains muted during the call.
This feature is intended for emergency and safety situations only.
Who Can Use Remote Answer?
Only the Admin of the watch can use Remote Answer.
The Admin is the first parent or guardian who paired the TickTalk watch with the TickTalk App and has primary control over the device.
For privacy and security reasons, additional app users, including Full Access users, cannot use the Remote Answer feature.
