SMS Verification Availability
To help protect user accounts and comply with child privacy and safety requirements, certain TickTalk features require SMS verification.
Currently, SMS verification features are available in:
- United States
- Canada
Features Available with SMS Verification
Users in supported countries can:
- Use a phone number as their TickTalk App username
- Verify their account using SMS
- Use Remote Answer (Administrator only)
- Send app invitations by SMS
Users Outside Supported Countries
Users outside the United States and Canada can still use the TickTalk App.
However:
- Email must be used as the account username
- Email verification is required
- Remote Answer is not available
- App users must be invited manually using the watch TTID
iHeartRadio Family Availability
The iHeartRadio Family app is only available in the United States.
